Same problem here, and I'm pretty sure I'm doing the command properly.

Are you pressing two buttons at once, just to make sure? Command seems to be running fine for me.

Something tells me that this might be a case of keyboard ghosting. I might be jumping to conclusions, since I don't have NT Mama, but still.
Just an orb tum lover. You can call me Orbi if you'd like.
No, my icon isn't a self-portrait, she's just a character I made. Her name's Rosetta, BTW.

That's another issue I didn't consider, haven't used a keyboard with MUGEN past the first two weeks I was programming with it.

Forward, Down, Back, then press TWO buttons. I use y and z habitually.

Almost done with another edit... I really should ask the creator before I do anything else, though. ^^;

I have good news, and bad news, and worse news.

The good news is that I have good news.

The bad news is that the good news is a secret that will be kept for a while.

The worse news is that MUGEN projects are mostly on hold. Just this past week I've been tweaking Mama and working on the Yuuka overhaul, but it both cases I find myself wanting to change or update a few moves and being stuck on what changes would improve the edits and still keep the right personality for the characters. Yuuka in particular is extremely difficult, as I'm trying to blend slow, small, and a grappler into one package. Normally a slow, large grappler can work due to their greater reach, or a small, fast grappler has an easier time getting close. Yuuka, I'm trying to keep relatively slow, true to her character, and the result feels extremely clunky. Any MUGEN projects are on the backburner for now, due to a lack of ideas and a full-time job keeping me rather well off compared to a few months ago. I'm no longer checking the forums daily, either, but at least weekly.

Cheers.

At least you WERE working(we kinda already assumed they were on hold).
Hopefully the announced hiatus doesn't last TOO long.

I have some good news, though... concerning the character I am editing, the author said it was okay (as long as there was no hard vore, which I didn't even plan on to begin with).

Pretty sure ToasterBoi isn't Pilum.

Nope. ToasterBoi is ToasterBoi. Pilum is more often than not Pilum, at least in my experience.

Jokes aside, who might you be working on ToasterBoi? Last time I checked your DeviantArt out, you still hadn't released Riolu.

Look, I'm sorry about the Riolu character. Things keep getting in the way, and when its not an external factor I'm just too lazy to do anything with it. Upgrading to high-res may have been a mistake... I don't know whether I'll even be able to finish the character or not, so I guess I should take down the teaser stuff. And no, I'm not Pilum.

Look, I'm sorry about the nondescript good news. Things keep getting in the way, and when its not an external factor I'm just too lazy to do anything with it. Upgrading to a full-time job may have been a mistake... I don't know whether I'll even be able to finish the NT and Yuuka updates by 2019 or not, so I guess I should make that disclaimer right now. And no, I'm not ToasterBoi.
