You could have a non monetary reward if the money issue is that big. Something like, artists volunteering to do fan art for it, or something. If you got enough arts to vow one piece of art per winner, you might be able to offer a substantial award while spreading the labor of it around so it's not to over baring.
My main concern, and one of the main challenges of vore games, is that it can be a bit of a night mare to get characters to interact like that. Animating sprites, 3d models, etc. Anyway, that's just my 2 cents.
