Well, let's simply check.
1) The dev was last time on the forum on Dec 13th, 2017. So almost 2 months ago. Kinda bad sign
2) Last post in this topic was a kind of update (Said that he may be able to upload some screenshots soon), but that post was on 27 Jan 2017, over a year ago. Veeeery bad sign.
3) No real proof or show of content, just two pictures, no demo or similar. And the game was completly scraped and started from 0 again at one point. Next bad sign
Result: 98% its dead Jimmy.
1,8% it's under development in secret in Area 51
0,2% someone travles through time and space, changes the course of the world and we suddenly have a version of the game
