Edit idea for a mugen char latias

Dylanius's problem with the Archive is that some douch-bag reposted the Snivy edit there, ignoring requests for otherwise and making Dylanius look pretty bad to the general MUGEN community. Worse, MUGEN Archive ignores petition to remove it. I think he has every right to be upset with it.

Dylanius looks bad to the general MUGEN community for multiple reasons.

Well, that saves me a lot of work! While I may still wanna do my own Latias someday (I feel I could have improved on this a bit) at least I don't have to worry about there not being a Latias around anymore.

Eggbomber does that kinda stuff, they always release in batches. before then they show preview videos usually.

Well hopefully it won't be long before the release, it looks like it's finished so not sure why withhold it.

But I was wondering if anybody knew how to disable that annoying flashing on Latias? Even with how much I know with value edits and such, I can't pinpoint the source of it.

go to statedef -2 and find
[State -2]
type = PalFX
trigger1 = (GameTime%60)=0
time = 100
sinadd = 60, 60, 60, 60
delete or comment it out.
