Doing a bump to see if any new games have cropped up with friendly stuff that I might have missed over this large stretch of time.
EDIT: Might as well include at least one extra game to the list with the bump.
"God Complex" can have you make friends with a naga if you spare her, and if you talk to her afterwards, she can repeatedly unbirth you as part of a sex scene until you recruit her. Also, more importantly, the pleasure house/brothel in Grandhol has a massive ton of friendly vore scenes with each girl that you can hire.

there's a game that's little more than a demo, but it has a party member that can unbirth other party members to heal them.
