I would say "dead" is a bit too strong of a word, especially since most games on here tend to have arbitrary gaps between updates a lot of the time anyway. I would consider the game moreso as "currently shelved" as I work on other things. At the moment, for example, I'm working on an update for World of Vorecraft that is nearing completion (although still has a bit of work still to do). That game in itself hasn't seen an update since July of last year, which is even longer than the gap for this game, yet here we are almost witnessing the old tree bear fruit once again just like it had done in its prime.

Basically I'm not sure when I'll get back round to working on this game, especially since it was meant to be a silly little side project outside of WoV rather than anything actually serious in the first place, but I never really know when I'm going to feel the drive to start or continue something. Much like the time between project updates, my mind seems to be rather arbitrary, so I can't really set any promises in place.

I appreciate the eagerness, but that's just the way things stand and I'm hoping that each one eager for an update can be understanding on the matter

For the setting, I think it would actually be more interesting if the MC was born a pred, but wishes she wasn't for numerous reasons.(Discrimination, doesn't like the idea of eating people, ect.)

You should never need to download Novelty itself to run them and definitely don't need any rpgmaker files.

I would love to see more of this, I understand if you can't do it. I may not be a World of Warcraft fan, but if you can, I would love to see more. But that is totally up to you. Hope to see more.

It's been two years since their last post, inside of which it said "it wont be years or anything for an update" yet here we are at 2019 - The post you mentioned is two years old, hardly up to date info.
