Now when you wander the wastes you may encounter unarmed raiders, shoot them first because they'll eat you if they can get close enough or don't, it's up to you really .

I also corrected some spelling and grammar mistakes as well as giving males the non-smooth bellies.

If that happens, do you then take control of the raider that ate you like in the Skyrim mod?

Nope. Besides, I don't think there'd be a good in story justification for that in FO4.

A good story justification? Psychic powers are always a thing, right?

Funnily enough, they actually ARE! One of the few canon Vorish things in the Fallout franchise was how the Master absorbed psychics to get their powers, but as a side effect, he also got their consciousness stuck in his head competing for control. Digesting a Psycher would probably be a bad idea, especially if your Vore power comes from the FEV.

Sure! I'll have to do them later though, i'm having some issues with CTDs and the vore raiders aren't working as expected.

Oh yeah, I forgot to include the levelled list script in that version, i've fixed that now just re-download it and they should appear.

Ah, seems that file was outdated, sorry about that, re-downloading it should fix it for real this time.

Have you tried a new save?
Most likely what's happened is you've gotten close enough to or visited every location with raiders, thus causing things like NPCs to spawn.
The only way to get them to respawn with new weapons is by killing every levelled NPC at a location with raiders or by starting a new game.
Further more Gunners don't spawn with vore weapons as I feel having Vore Gunners would very out of character for them.

Spoiler: show
Word of advice:
Disable my mod until you're done with the few first quests!
Because if you don't then Vore Raiders will spawn and at low levels they basically one shot you.
Or don't, in the end it's really up to you what you do with my mod.

Huh, did you add the levelled list script?
If you did, when did you add it?
And most importantly, where did you put it?

I assume you re-downloaded it then?
Cause if you did then the only thing that I can think of that might fix it is to make sure there're no mod conflicts.
