I don't know of any pregnancy or hyper pregnancy games from the community here, but there's quite a lot of japanese h-games/eroge which are pregnancy focused (not hyperpregnancy, but often unusual beast/monster pregnancies).

Unfortunately, most of these games both *have no official English translation* and *are usually for sale rather than free*.

This is a surprisingly fun tactics RPG about a heroine who uses her womb to spawn creatures to the battlefield. Most of the art is sex-centric, but it's got some nice belly art, pregnancy is a constant theme, and there's even an optional full tour vore scene near the end.

Traditional JRPG style game with sex and pregnancy appearing often (the heroine can become pregnant for bonus stats based on what she's birthing), and it includes animated sex scenes (normal sex or pregnant sex) with the fairly detailed in-battle sprites.

Those two are the ones I remember best, of the pregnancy games I know of (again, though, neither of them are hyper-pregnancy and most jp games won't be either). From what I understand, he hit a massive hitch of some kind trying to rebuild the game in RPGMaker MV, and he was looking for someone with more experience to help him out.

Rain's Rave is a good one. Bellies and breasts have two stage of swelling and it even has breast preg too. There's another game coming out that's going to be the same creator's take on harvest moon.
