That was honestly the main reason the update didn't come like 2 months sooner. I honestly dunno when it will be filled in, it depends when Elise manages to find enough time to write it again.

You can eat one if you're lucky enough, but mostly you get somewhat useful stuff or can farm gold from it. (From the feedback it's a bit too fast way to get a lot of gold)

It's the entire flashback sequence of their first date. Both spouses call her Helena in the initial conversation, but once the flashback scenes begin it's Kejpi throughout, starting with the first line:
"Inbal: Well, I was buying some potions when Kejpi entered the shop." That's actually the only time her name is said directly in that scene, and then it's never mentioned at the date at the restaurant, but then both spouses call her Kejpi repeatedly throughout their first threesome. They switch back to Helena once the scene returns to the present.
As a side note, having the spouses narrate that sex scene in the first place is an odd narrative choice. Most people wouldn't remember every thought and exact detail that well after the fact, let alone share them with a stranger. If you want to treat the scene as if it is currently happening for the sake of detail, I might suggest switching to a third-person narrator. If you like Inbal's and Esi's commentary, you could meet halfway and have them give general thoughts only sprinkled throughout general narration.
Example:
Inbal: I'd never done anything like this before, let alone had a threesome! I was nervous, to say the least.
(But the lamia's seductive gaze overrides his fears, and he climbs onto the bed, determined to please her. Helena turns to Esi and beckons her closer.)
Esi: You can't imagine the way she made my heart flutter!
(Her face turns red, but she complies, undressing as she approaches. Helena watches Esi even as she commands Inbal to begin.)
