Re: God Complex: Vore; RPG game. <Fall update guide>
I'm wondering what the vined-over cave in Basling Forest is for. It doesn't seem to have any alternate states in the Maker itself. Same for what the Maker tells me is the "Shaman's Tent".
Also curious what spilling the jar in the slime farm does. Can't find any events it gets running.
Also, another couple bugs:
- if you activate the lectern in the church from the wrong direction, it won't actually move so you can't go to the basement because the event concludes. I'd set the lectern to move left or right after the player automatically moves up. Speaking of the divine and the less-so, where's Bel? I see an event mandates I meet her but I don't know where she is. I thought she'd be in the church basement, but it don't seem so.
- Sasson's dad tells you he's giving you his sword and then doesn't.
- You can't escort Chasy home in your stomach. After rewarding you, you get booted to what appears to be the overworld. Specifically, you end up somewhere which you cannot walk away from. It traps the player.
Some suggestions as to new content so as to tie up some loose ends/balance the routes:
- (Abstinent Option) While owning the mansion, bring the neko in those shifting magic woods home as a housecat.
- (Abstinent Option) I don't think the attack check on the elf in Basling should automatically make the player eat her. At the very least, it would be nice to have options to let it happen or walk away before the player talks about the way nature is. Additionally, maybe Grandhol might not have that kind of jurisdiction out in Basling, but perhaps the player can use the C U B E on her for a reward after she admits to being the pred of the forest.
- (Pred Option) With sufficient attack, perhaps one can overpower the restored dryad and eat her for a more substantial bonus.
- (Abstinent/Prey Options) Currently, near as I can tell, one must eat the princess in order to hire the maid. If a non-pred wished to hire her, perhaps we could either kidnap the princess somehow (perhaps a bit too involved a setup) or tie her up and invite the maid to enact her revenge on her. If desiring to play the prey, then we could coerce the maid to eat us and leave her to figure out how she's getting out of this one. I don't see much need for a scene in which we eat the maid after feeding her the princess, as there's already two other ways to eat both the maid and the princess, but who knows what lusts might be inflamed? In nay case, if taking any route in which we and maid both survive, then we ensure she finishes digesting and recruit her.

For the content of the new update, will it include the mansion and the possibility of eating party members? I've been hoping that at some point I can run a betrayal playthrough where I initially spare several characters in order to later devour them all in a row.

Did you install the RPG Maker VX Ace RTP?
http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/add ... rtp-vx-ace
The font is part of the RTP package.

If you didn't recruit her (or vore her) I think that she's supposed to be in the brothel, but her actual implementation there will come at a later date.

Definitely not in the brothel. Bel is not any of the girls, the patrons, or the employees. I had thought she might be in the sinister church basement, being a succubus and all, but there's nothing to do down there.

My bad, I thought you had already met her. You can find her in the tent near the black hole after defeating the Beast. I would recommend to check out the walkthrough available in the mega link in the OP, if you didn't already consult it.

Didn't even notice the walkthrough, my bad.
Regardless, it seems she doesn't actually make it to the brothel. S'pose one has to eat her on the spot. What sucks about that is, the dialogue itself is really unclear as to which route will end with her in your stomach.

Well, I guess that going by her reaction to the scholar who opened the fissure you could assume that she's going to be very angry if you're not nice to her and usually after a battle you have to option to eat your opponent, so this route should be pretty much predictable. I guess that other routes, like taking her by surprise, could not be available because she's pretty strong and you cannot overwhelm her without first fighting her? I'm not really sure about it, though.

Well, there's still the element of surprise while fucking or even whilst she's all the way in you.
Also when I went back to the OP I noticed the "hey the best route to make suggestions is through patreon" thing and now I feel bad about just puking a handful up all over that post a little ways up and making an ass of myself like that.
Lastly, another bug, this time to do with an actual bug: one of the bees' event pages aren't set up right. The 005 bee next to the one that eats you to make honey will say "This hive is doomed thanks to you." regardless of what actually goes down in that hive because that event page doesn't have the control switch required specified.

There are bunch of locations that are unfinished and prepared for future like the ones you just listed. Reasons may wary from not having enough time to finish them right now to needing the plot to advance for the location to fulfill it's purpose.

Will check out and fix the lectern. The basement is actually prepared for future school mission, need to advance those someday and Bel will appear in the brothel if you leave her in the tent (not there yet in current version, I think I will add her just to be recruited there so she's not completely lost). I know I forgot the sword, that will be fixed in the next update that comes out this month. I'll check out the Chasy escort, thanks for pointing it out.

Not sure about the neko, she was supposed to be just one time thing, eat her or not, but I like all the other alternatives and I'm surprised I missed some of those so thanks for suggesting them and we'll add them in the future.

Not this update, but the next one will be completely focused on mansion and all currently available actions and interactions.

You're not ass, I greatly appreciate all the feedback and suggestions you made and that's what this forum is for. The patreon, and in extend the discord patrons have, is just a way to get faster responses since we get notified about it. but you don't have to be on patreon to be able to leave comments, suggestions and bug reports about the game, I still read all the messages here.

Got it, thanks.

Re: God Complex: Vore; RPG game. <Fall update guide>
I've noticed that when using a savegame made with the first release of the Fall update (the one publicly released on 27 October) I can't move the lectern at all in the current release (0.4.2). I thought that they were save compatible or did I misunderstand this?

They should, try leaving the church and going back in again, it should reset whenever you leave the church so you should be able to move it then, if not, I'll have to look into it.
EDIT: Ok, it's my bad, the reset switches were broken so it can't be moved after you move it first time and then leave and return. Will be fixed, thanks for pointing it out.

I suppose on the note of Chasy it might be helpful to specify what I did with the bandit: I just let her walk away, because I was playing the one I named Shannon, who tends not to kill people.

On each of the four exits is a flower, a stone or a log. The cave tells you the sequence of the exits you need to take. Sorry, English is not my mother tongue.
