You feed the fairy bread that you get from your grandmas house where you started the game.

Do you have the right RPGmaker RTP? If not that is the problem. Is the game extracted if not you could need to un zip it with something like 7 zip. all I had to do was download it and the rtp un zip the folder and click the application and it works fine.
