I found a glitch in the game, I did the Ririna and Akane scene to get the semen item and everything was good, but when I enter Akane's room every time (does not matter what size I am) it goes into the scene were Akane is at school on her break, and continues with the rest that scene.

On the top of the roof of the school, go to 2nd floor of the school and go in the direction of the toilets, somewhere can u go upstairs, use the paperclip to reach to beach in the north (arrow key = up).

There is no paperclip, and you are speaking of the Paper plane.
I believe they mean the hairclip, which is found in the classroom on the bottom floor of the school. There is a chair facing sideways with a spilled schoolbag next to it, interact with the chair and you get the hairclip, and also a scene.

Really late to playing this game, but how exactly do I get the iron skin potion? It says I don't have the recipe, which confuses me.

you can check the recipe for the iron skin potion by interacting with the right-most bookshelf in the labratory/science class
but if you're too lazy to go check for yourself it's:
1x XX-Fluids from blood type "B"
1x Old Coins

You go into the lab and look at the shelves around the room, one of them will give you the recipe.

Make sure you are in the middle size, not too big, not too small. Also set the time using the leaves in your base to mid day, then go to the top of the school. When you reach the roof interact with the plane go up to get to the beach. Once you arrive at the beach get back on the plane and go left.
