How can I get Fumikos event with the ??? girl? and how can I get the lesbian event with the two beach girls?

First step to get the second event with ??? is get her first event and escape it, next your going to want to get yourself trapped in Fumiko cock and then wait tell at night you get a strange message about feeling a chill. Last step is the day after you get the chill you play with Fumiko on her last event of the day before bed, upon making her hard the event will trigger. Normal warning it is bugged at the moment loosing the event will black screen you while winning will just resume Fumiko's normal cycles

Using items gained from the other world will regenerate your crystal. That said I'm not sure why you'd want to, there's no benefit to it being at 100% and getting it above 0 closes to the portal to the other world.

That's incorrect, I don't know who started that rumor but it's certainly not a good one. The hole appears randomly, at night, while you're at max size. Those are the only three things that apply. If it's not there, exit and re-enter a few times. It can take anywhere from one to five tries, perhaps more if you're unlucky. There's no reason not to have your crystal at 0% at all times.
