Just started act 3.

So, I notice that we're encouraged not to kill the rats, but I didn't see a pattern to how the counter decides which are "killed" and which are "driven off".

I've never "driven off" a single rat, I usually just spam run until I find some imps or other enemies to murder. The scorpions drop a nice agi up, also make sure you have taken the dragons path far enough to get "Toothpick" and maybe even the crit buff to help take down some enemies slightly faster if you are planning to grind out a few levels, to upgrade your character from wimp status.

edit* pathetic imps give 10 exp each and appear to have about 200 hp
the deathstinger gives 25 exp and has about 500-550 hp

speaking of the scorpions drops, I'm assuming their other drop of "posion bomb" is supposed to be "poison bomb"

Anyhow enjoy grinding the random battles while you still can. I have been out voted on the issue so in the future only a limited amounts of battles will be available in the coliseum basement. Which includes a grand total of one scorpion fight. In fact most battles are going to be avoidable as they will have a physical presence that can be sidestepped... Most of the time.

Ah well. The game already had stat grinding.

Though I wonder... does the fact that Claire's Magic power stat rises with level ups have any greater meaning?

Just a headsup, that the updates from you two have not passed me by (just thought you might feel a tad lonely without replies for your work)

I absolutely love what you have done with Samantha's faceset and sprite. I also find it hilarious how quickly the sprite example moves, as if Samantha is in a massive hurry to find and kick some evil succubi arse

So, praise from here, and I look forward to see what you guys have in store in the next update

The main character is Claire and she was hired to be the professional prey of the coliseum.

If you are referring to donator perks, then yeah you can have a character have a predatory role. Though I would suggest not donating for the donation perks alone. It is not a commissioning service.

Amen to that. Since that puts extra work load on the whole team.

Normally I don't enjoy too much jokey dialogue, but I think you pulled it off well.

It cracked me up as well. Another small error I found is that if you go cowtipping at night, the cow that that should trigger an event just goes into epileptic shock if you keep pressing the use button next to it.

Here is the newest version.
This version fixes four bugs reported on the public Discord.
Alex Rose reported getting stuck in the tree during Iris's star gazing scene.
Alex has been fed to the rose haired fairy, after all, roses are her favorite snack!
Pocket Jabari reported being trapped between a wolf and a wall.
Iris witnessed this and offered to save them, but ended up swallowing them and the wolf whole!
ProfNekko reported that speaking to Nee or Lily after returning from Gobsol resulted in a script error hard crash, just as Lily mentioned "The Fairy..."
Once corrected, ProfNekko could not be located, however Iris appeared to be quite full.

hi, my game file is from older versions back when this new format started. that said the game seems to have restarted without deleting items, stats, and overall progress but, when i talk to Athyes she starts me back with the first battle u have with Samantha. after that scene all characters disappear and u get trapped in the coliseum field. what's going on?
