How do I... install this? Would I need to download M.U.G.E.N. again(Cause I don't want to overwrite what I already have.), and paste the contents over it?

you dont need to download mugen again just make a copy of the one you already have and replace the contents with these. Though redownloading mugen is a lot more simple. Another option is just to add the contents of this pack to the characters you already have.

So here is the poll winner sceptile release before the 16th as said earlier. Only sceptile and mawile are the only characters to be released before MEP5. I've tested multiple times and there are no fatal bugs only one involving pals 3,5,6,7 and 8 (works fine with rest) in which the stripe is a different color but the rest of the body is fine this is something similar to porygon and I do not know how to fix it despite having the correct colors. Unless your really strict about colors on all pals being correct then this shouldn't have any impact.

Also, one, Sceptile can't learn Leaf Tornado, and two, that's actually a combination of moves.
Solar Leaf Storm, if I recall correctly, which mixes Solar Beam with Leaf Storm.

Well I mean it's not like these edits are made to be used in actual serious matches. Also yeah, the move is indeed called Solar Leaf Storm.

Aside from that, this is a pretty good edit.

In the script (yes there was a script) It said leaf storm but in it came out as leaf tornado in the final product that is something I missed. Anything else besides word confusion because im currently in the midst of fixing a few bugs and wanted to release the beta version before the 16th and will repost a link with the bugs fixed.

The friend of mine who helped me work on that character, Gladiacloud, isn't a fan of vore. I don't want to disappoint him like I did with another non-vorish friend in the past, who was also making Pokémon characters in collaboration with me.
Also I get REALLY touchy when people attempt to edit works I made or simply like in general, even if it has nothing to do with vore.

I'm looking for someone who can help me complete my Riolu project. My devotion to that 'mon ought not to be a secret by now. It's been sitting idle for several years, as I lack the skill, time and now motivation to do it myself. I need a spriter for starters, and a coder. I'm a decent spriter myself but it takes me forever. Can anyone, ANYONE offer a hand with it? I'm working with the current low-res sprites right now but I'm making alternate sprites with higher quality.
