Seems to be more rare than I'd expect but I find it tough to find good vore games with sex, text games or otherwise.
Flexible Survival is pretty great but I'm looking for more like it. PackedRat is okay but just doesn't quite suit my fancy.
THETA is close but not quite there yet.
What all have you folks found?

Demon Angel Sakura on DLsite has a lot of sex scenes before the main character is eaten. VR Giant Harpy Girl by the same guy is pretty similar.

Uhm, to be honest, it isn't really hard or rare to find such games.
The real problem is more, whether you want qualitatively higher games and if you are ready to spend money for them.
On DLSite.com are several games, which meet your criterion.
The games from black megane laboratory, Blue Mad Diode and Toro Toro Resistance (did no one think about Monmusu Quest? There is a lot of vore in it yes, but there are also sex scenes!) for example, to name only three.
Xi could perhaps also count, but here is the prey often only after already devoured in a sexually situation involved.
