This is bizarre.

I can see this code dying if someone try to scroll backwards through it. In fact I managed to crash it doing that. But just running through it I can't imagine that happening... It is complaining that a list cannot copy. When this code has run a million times locally. Ugh.

I'm going to write something silly to avoid the copy function that works a million times over.

If anyone is feeling up to testing a potential fix please drop the contained files into your scripts folder.

It's technically possible that I'm just getting profoundly unlucky here, but that seems really unlikely.

EDIT: There is a variable in this section I remembered...

If you had a chance to encounter Alex on the entrance to the bathroom you will not see her when going in and out of the stalls as it wouldn't make sense for her to be skipping class again so soon. That was the intention.

However this doesn't get reset if you get eaten by Alex.

I'll think this feature over when I am sober. (I am not right now)

Don't know how much info is in the error report here so what I can say is it was the men's bathroom and after having gotter to the point of having a free event with alex (possibly the end of her story chain, not sure) and then trying random bathroom events.

Just a heads up, Ryan. You can catch a lot of basic errors by using the Check Script (Lint) button in the Ren'Py Launcher (the same launcher you use to compile the game through). I've attached a log containing the most recent issues (i.e. based off your latest update) it has turned up, alongside a .zip containing all relevant fixes for those issues.

so It seems like you ALWAYS go back to 40% health when you finish a fight... is there a way to stop this auto refill or lower your health without direct interactions with an opponent?

There is an android version right now but the menus are a bit wonky... I'm unsure how to fix them. I'll give it a shot though.

It's to have a little mercy on the player if they finish a fight at like 1 health. So they don't just immediately die in the next encounter.

Thanks for the tip. Forgot all about that utility. I've already changed a bunch of things in some of those files so I had made the fixes myself but thanks for the help.

Yeah an exchange health for (negative) lust would definitely be one solution to it.
The specific thing I was going for was whether you had divination on the screen where alex forces you to blow her if you are at zero health, I found another way to get to zero health (apparently she is not coded like the other fights so you do not get health back from that scene of hers) and sadly found that there wasn't... kinda hoping for one really...

I was having this issue as well.

I think that's where the content ends for this update. The script advances the main quest tracker after that scene, but nothing is checking for the new index yet.

Yeah that script did the same thing for me, I don't get the error anymore, but I only encounter the herm girl when I enter the bathroom now.
