I worked out how to do it manually. For the people who want to replicate it:
I used Notepad++, went to \RyanshowVVNReborn-1.12-pc\game, and opened every .rpy file in there (NOT the .rpyc) in Notepad++.
After that, it was easy.
Hit CTRL+F to open the search window, then switch to the tab called "Replace" in there.
If you want to change the full name, you gotta do the next step twice, once for the first and once for the last name.
So, into the field "Find what:" you write "Cody" when you want to replace the First Name, and "Imitod" when you want to replace the Last Name. Then in the field "Replace with" you obviously write what you want the respective name to be replaced with. Then you hit the button "Replace All in All Opened Documents". After you've done that for the name(s) you want to replace, you just hit CTRL+SHIFT+S to save all (or go to the Save All option in the "File" drop down menu, that works too).
And youre done! You've gotten a custom name!
