Ps.i've tried filling each meter individually but still get the same result. So if anyone knows what they mean please let me know.

Filling more than one is the key. Having the multiply ability helps drastically.

No. Belinda's mom is encountered there. The soccer mom is later on in the story once you are trying to find a specific location. Either she shows up or another younger girl. It's a toss up at that point of who respects you least, adults or youngins.

Fixed bugs related to Felicia and the racing girl in the gym
Added the school newspaper outside the school
Added Felicia to the possible characters to derive and have remember you again
Added an encounter with a milfy herm mother in the classroom but only if you've done the hallway locker encounter without helping the boy.
Added sound to all girls in last update. Forgot to and no one called me on it!
Added new girl Ash who you meet upon going home. She does a lot of shrinking and unbirth.
Added Ash to characters to derive and remember you again
