Attempting to make a game
Imma attempt to make a game. Right now it's only sketches, but I have the story in my head, just need to right it down. I am ill experienced in pixel art so any pointers would be appreciated.

Looks like you're doing pretty good without any tips.

It's always nice to see some new games in the works. Sketches look pretty good too. Do they reflect what you plan to put in the game? Like is it gonna be a furry game? Also what kind of game do you intend for it to be? Pardon for all the questions.
When it comes to most bosses, thank god for obvious, glowing weak spots.

Re: Attempting to make a game
thanks y'all. For the most part yes the sketches reflect what the game will be like: A furry vore game. Its gonna be a slide scrolling platform, I was kinda inspired to make a vore based one after playing packedrat and also fox flux.
I might not use the exact sketches shown but remove or change them. This game would mostly be about a character (possibly dreaming) being in a world with vore themed obstacles, with her goal being to find some characters who are bosses. (which would be reveled to be her friends).
Fox flux is somewhat what I'm trying to get the game to feel like. A very silly sexual vore game. (there's no vore in this game tho, from what I can remember.)

Re: Attempting to make a game
Did you have an engine in mind you wanted to use? The format of the art maaaaay change depending on which you take.
Gamemaker is a simple one for platformers.
Unity also has the capabilities for side strollers, though it's more complex I believe. Dunno how far you can get without knowledge of programming.
If you change your mind and want to sidestep any tricky programming and just wanna show off your art, visual novel programs are a pretty good choice.
Your art looks good, not to my exact taste but it's not bad. God luck!
