How does one go about eating April on day 4? everything for day 5 seems pretty easy to get to in this update, but I can't figure out how to eat her, let alone even meet her.

I answered this in a previous post but I tell it again.

To get to the April scene you must be good friends with Leah. On the first Day, go with the girls and follow Leah and talk with her. After that join the the Tabletop Club (because she is also there. On the 2nd day, talk with her after class and "continue through the halls." Talk with her as normal. The 3rd day there really is nothing specific to do so just play through it. Finally on the 4th day,
when you finish the DnD game, choose "There's something the two of you could do right now," and you should get it.

On the first day, follow the girls, eavesdrop them and bail (that's how I did it). This is to not have Emma on the tour with you. After that, go with the girls and try to eat Chandra but fail to digest her so she escapes. Play through the rest of the game until 5 day. On day 5, when you head to the dining hall sit with Emma. After that, she will be there and you try to apologize to her and you should get it.

So since the creator gave their green light on modding, I thought I'd see how this little thing ticks (and boy howdy, so many words) and worked up a little something. It's incomplete as it's just to showcase what can be done if you, like me, have too much free time on your hands and willing to basically learn a new language. It concerns our probably doomed from the start character Mandy. To get to that, just choose the follow the girls, risk it, head back to the courtyard, and then eat Mandy. The new option should be obvious enough.

You need to have met her in day 2 then flirt with her. Play through to day 5, meet zoey and then sunny should show up.

You have to save her on Day 2 from the Tabletop Club members Morgan and Erika. Go to lunch without Emma, Leah or being otherwise delayed (Some prior vore scenes on that day can make you show up too late).
