Since whenever I use search and try to go to the second page of results here it says "You cannot use search at this time, please try again later." (And refreshing it like 10 minutes later still gives the same result) I'm posting a new thread about this game. (

The game is only in Japanese, and the developer has told someone that they don't want to translate it yet due to problems that could happen.

Some hints:
If you want to power through the game by cheating, alter your character data with
https://www.saveeditonline.com/. If you alter your character's defense and agi to 999, you shouldn't be able to die as easily. There's an item that has no icon you can get I believe from the first "town" chest that allows you to suicide to lose battles so that you can experience death scenes. DO NOT alter your character data prior to getting shrunken / put into the hotel. You are technically a different actor/character when normal human sized.
Escaping the city mini-game can be a bit daunting. You can only hide in white cars and buildings with shutters/closed doors. Hiding resets your timer to 19-20 seconds. When you speak to NPCs at the end of each leg of the city escape, the game will want you to press A to evade (usually the first NPC and the first evade of the second NPC) and F (usually for a second evade.) If you fail the city escape at any point you have to do it from the beginning of said escape. Progression for the map goes as follows:
- Right until you find an NPC.
- Go back to the starting map then go down, talk with the blood stains and avoid with A, then go down then right.
- Next NPC is in the far upper right corner of the last right map. Press A for the first evade, then F for the second evade.
- Go back left a map or so, then go up into the middle of the city where the tower is. (This was previously closed until you talked to the prior NPC.)
The breast/nipple vore scene(s) can be viewed by losing to the blonde maid in a casino-like room and choosing the first option when she asks if you want to be breast crushed or go inside her breasts. There's also one with the stern office lady who interacts with you as soon as you get to the fourth floor. (And another when you find her again on the right side of the fourth floor.)
If you're stuck trying to get to the fourth floor, make sure to interact with the barrier leading to the fourth floor to get the cut-scene with the staff lady. Then find the hallway that has a cat meow sound effect, go into the left door/room, and defeat the cat girl. She will then appear in front of the staff lady in the gym on the third floor (middle hall, bottom) and then you can talk to the cat then the staff person from behind.
The full tour scene is located in the cafeteria / dining hall on the second floor (middle hallway > bottom.) You need to beat the city escape mini-scenario to get here. Interact with the bottom middle table. It will ask if you want to experience the full tour scene as a warning (since it contains the large intestine with poop in it.
For the 4 choices on the two giant ladies in the other world after the cream fight on the fourth floor after the Casino, choose first one, then last choice.

WARNING: There is underage for this game. But it's locked behind a warning message stating that it is such content. People should not ask for help with unlocking this content. The content cannot be unlocked even if you follow just the main story through Floor 4 and get out of the Casino. In addition, the content is accessed through a generic NPC, and thus likely will not be required in the future for main content / exploration.
