Are we not supposed to make a downloadable translated version of this game or are we not allowed to make a
translated patch?

I've heard of so such endeavor already underway, nor a prohibition thereof.

Courtesy would demand asking the creator before any translation project were released. ttt is quite active on Twitter, and should be relatively easy to reach for a request for permission if anybody was so inclined as to try to start translating this.

Since noone else asked it I supppose I'm a hopeless case, but I really cant figure out how to go on at that certain point ingame:

After reaching second floor you meet those strange twins, the blond hair and silver hair girl who are throwing you into a city and try to squeze you to death. However i can't figure out how to get out of there. I even met my teammate in a corner but as soon as I speak to her its a game over and the helicopter wasnt helpful either.
So what part am I missing?

There's a button prompt that you have to press within 2-3 seconds. Pressing the wrong button invalidates it and the game over occurs. The message right before the game over in the middle of the screen has a single english letter (which is the button you have to press.) There's another one later wherey ou have to press that, then another button (not the same one) right after.

No, currently the 5th floor entry is the end, you can't beat/pass the girl there. Probably in the next release, which if ttt continues as they have in past years, may be coming in the next couple months.

I'm pretty sure ttt wanted to focus more on combat and bosses in the next update at one point, rather than exploration and story. They showed off three bosses. One for breasts, pussy and oral iirc. (And it's silly that the biggest breasted one wasn't the breasts boss.)

I'm actually kind of hoping for a basement "Jail" or "Prison" area that is hard to get out of.

I believe this is one of the games that works with Translator++, so if you don’t mind Google Translate, download the current version and Translator++ and translate it via that.

Rough draft is done, but it seems it will take time to adjust the details and tweak balance in battle. It will take more time. They'd like to release it by the end of next year.
