i will try for some sort of internal view.... but i cant promise how robust it will be, or if it will even be a thing at all. Its mostly a performance thing, and a technical limitation thing. As of now Most bodily enterances are not fully modeled with a "tunnel" let alone the insane challenge of making a true stomach inside the model. The Throat has a Tunnel, so there can be some limited POV there, but at this point editing the models is simply not an option. I use Morph targets for the customisation, and once that process is started changing the vertex count will break the Morphs.
This doesnt mean the idea of an internal view is completly impossible however. I can think of a few economic ways for such a thing to be do-able, but how robust that feature is will simply depend on what I can figure out. Such a view has allot of factors, simply becuse of the scope of the game as a whole. Its complicated,it seems like a simple enough thing, but the charecters are incredibly complex, and the frame work is focused on other areas, so getting an internal view... is going to be challenging. but again, not impossible.
