I think he's referring to the second time you attempt escape from Vanessa, starting the actual game.

That being said, this is a save file right after escaping Vanessa for the first time, barren and fresh.

Valentina is currently bugged for Version .25b, that being said, there's no way to view her scenes. Well, unless you crack the game and use a viewer to, but eh.

As for what you are referencing, if you look in a certain folder in the game's files, you'll notice that Valentina has two sets, one for regular everyday encounter, and Natsufuyu which is not in the game yet, and almost guaranteed to be story related.

Haven't found a way to yet, most likely not available yet with the current version or is beyond the currently bugged Valentina.

I know im gonna do a uh weird break on the game im gonna take the normal 25 version valentia file and replace the 25b one just idk which if it the map info or something else i need to take, just need the one that spawns her

If only it were that simple. The old file most likely is used to the previous game spawning system.
Secondly, it's probably just a scene file, which plugs in to the data script. Spawning is most likely related to the map or "chance to spawn here" algorithm in the system files itself.
If it works, it works and for when it doesn't... well...

also one last thing was there something you needed to do to have her spawn though ? just curious

She was supposed to spawn either when you get enough Amy interactions or a certain level before the game mechanic change. Now I would assume it's just random with no correlation to level or Amy's interaction counter.

I hope for something fluffy but this game lacks a fantasy theme unless the mentioned forest would be housing such and even then. Expecting something urban related. Like a ghost.
