I think it got changed because people assumed the aim was "make this thing for me" rather than "wouldn't this be a cool thing to see".
I doubt we'd see anything like these implemented out side of a talented passion project but we can dream.

He changed it as nobody went to support his idea that just with an physics engine you could program a full scale vore game with physics in just a few short hours. So he went salty and removed it all, just like he did with other posts already.
