It's funny, it feels like someone stirred up a hornet's nest. Honestly, thanks to the AI I had the opportunity to write a book (not vore), now I can attach my art to each chapter. So it's better this way, and better yet more pictures.

Seriously? I've been excited for this for *years* and what comes out is a Christelle scene with no visuals, and poor-quality AI art?
Look, if you can't/don't want to spend money on commissioning art, at least *try* to find art that fits your scenes. Finding "catgirl maid vore" cannot be difficult.
If you *must* use AI art, you could at least try to use a different "style" format from the default so that it isn't immediately obvious and off putting.

At this point, I would genuinely much prefer standalone stories without any art at all. Really disappointed.

Does anyone know why the game.exe file would not show up after I decompress the .7z file for the game?

I'd hazard a guess it might be your antivirus deleting the executable.

Well, as an opposing take to this, I think it's quite good, the other scene is really good, and the Christelle scene is also fine, though maybe the disposal part needs a bit of work put into it. If you are waiting on stuff like this, with such high expectations then you probably got to relax. If it's not for you that's fine, there are other games. For others who are fine waiting for it to get polished up and finished it's pretty dang good. Just an alternative take though.

What are you talking about? Scenes with Christelle existen in original game. What was added is that cafe and house where you need to collect the panties.

I'm a huge fan of the original and the remake and I'm really happy to see a new update! The AI art looks great and if you want, I have a whole thread where we discuss AI art for games and the techniques we used to create some of the art there. I hope you can find something useful from it, but regardless I look forward to future updates!

Are there plans to change out the older art for AI art as well to get design consistency?
I really need to just post things without rewriting them dozens of times.

awesome but the fights are a complete rng fest to win and on top of that have a random chance at giving exp its straight burtal

I would say that they aren't and I like them the way they are: really challenging!

You just have to grind as much of the weaker enemies at the start and buy a whole lot of equipment and health potions (if I remember correctly). I spent quite some time grinding (killing an enemy, immediately returning home and sleep, repeat) and thus I am proud of it. I wouldn't have that sense of accomplishment if it wasn't so difficult to become strong.
And I also think it fits into the cannon of not being able to cross the forest except with guards (which the player doesn't have).

Just my opinion, though.

The creator did say they might have to rebalance things if enough people complain. I think part of the problem is the armor you can steal while sneaking the jailed woman out of town currently cannot be equipped. If it could be equipped, and offered a decent amount of protection, it would fix a good number of early game unfairness significantly.

my problem is that it seems like the orc girls don't even drop exp and the bee girls are way to strong at level one to even think about challenging i love a good tough game but basic starting enemies shouldn't cost a potion if you want safely win the fight and have a chance at getting no exp and 7 gold every fight i have killed 7 orcs and there is no exp dropped form them that's not challenging that's annoying and downright unfair, even in dark souls a basic hollow cant nuke you to needing estus unless your really playing bad, a boss yeah sure it can be really tough but you need your baseline enemies to atleast be able to give good exp after each fight so you can level enough to feel rewarding right now not the case.

scratch that im getting no exp dropped killed 2 more orcs and killed a bee girl and still no exp what is going on?

Krunchlesnitchles, I feel like a lo0t of people missed a lot of the EXP debate. And I believe I've already addressed and explained this multiple times throughout the forum.

EXP is not dropped by enemies. EXP will *not* be dropped by enemies. This is intentional as part as the new direction I'm aiming the game towards. Right now the biggest issue is the lack of equipment. New weapons and armor will be available later in the game.

If you're wondering about why this is the case it's very simple: Men in this worlds are not stronger than woman, plain and simple, it would make no sense for a male to gain EXP point and outgrow any of them in stats. You, the player character, are a male and thus stand no chance to beat a woman in combat.

Equipment is where this line blurs. Through training and equipping yourself with tools you stand a chance to survive and prevail through your quest. Different equipment will boost your stats, modifying attack power, speed, armor, HP, mana... the whole thing. As of right now, with the equipment available to the player, the game should be challenging and beatable so long as you properly prepare and buy the necessary items to survive the world beyond the "safe" walls of your village. When fully equipped all battles SHOULD be able to be beaten 100% of the time so long as you start them at 100% HP or close to it.

Is there an aim to make it so you can equip the armor you can steal when busting the woman out of jail? Because that would be a big help in regards to what's being added for 0.2.

wariodude128, This was also explained at one point. There will be a point in the game at which you'll be able to branch into different classes, which will change the way some characters interact with you. That armor is quite heavy and cumbersome, so without proper training Tony can't use it. It's a piece of equipment meant for the more combat focused of the three.

However this idea may get scrapped if I'm not happy after adding it. In that hypothetical case the armor will be available for use earlier on.

I think honestly Gulp Quest is one of those seminal Vore games that while it never got all that far into development, REALLY showed people how exciting an RPG maker game could be for this community.
