No, you can leave the town and explore the surrounding forest, but with the combat system out of commission you'll be unable to go anywhere far and there are no extra scenes beyond the town yet.

TheFetishBeast, I want people to tell me what they are most interested in and gave you up to 3 picks to utilize on the various options. If you happen to want to know about all of them, you can select the bottom option labeled as: Other (leave a comment letting me know) ^^

I think it's more to have areas on which to focus on for the story. I'm working on an RPG myself and while I plan on giving lore for the whole world eventually, I have a list of things that get done to achieve that goal. Eg; I built the world map first and subdivided it into islands where the people live, and then decided to be a little cheesy and put the final boss on an island you can't reach without the Airship.Then multiple keys are required to enter into their lair so even after you get the Airship you need to still hunt down the keys for story reasons. It's quite the process to build up lore in a world so it's easier to focus on 2-3 things max at a time before moving onto another topic. I'm sure they'll get to it all eventually though!

Will your remake/expansion keep a strong focus on willing options? That was something I loved from the older version, with the player able to either outright ask to be eaten, or at least be happy/grateful to the female predator for eating them.

MarkusFreeman320, Most if not all scenes will have at the very least 1 willing and 1 unwilling option, I am debating about simply removing the silent options since they don't add anything to the scene. I'll keep the existing scenes as they are but moving forward I may not include that silent one.

I will also try to include more generic scenes for Non-important NPCs auch as clients of the cafe and such. These scenes won't be as complex as the ones for important characters but will also include dialogue options.

you should look at 8kun's vore section, you could ask around the 'realistic manips' and 'draw thread' threads to see if anyone wants to do some of the edits for future characters, same on 4chans /d/

I'd personally be fine with removing silent options, instead having one explicitly willing option and an equally explicitly unwilling one. Would make it much tidier IMO. Plus the silent options always felt too passive for someone being eaten, you'd think they'd have some kind of reaction to becoming food, whether glee and excitement, or fear and dread.

MarkusFreeman320, yes but as a sort of homage I want to keep them in the intro till you get out of the village, I'll probably remove the silent options on Molly and also not add them in future scenes. By the way I wanted to say that I'm a big fan of your game and I hope that you'll enjoy what I make out of this one ^^

Havent heard much on this, and wanting to keep up tabs. hope things are moving along smoothly, though a bit tentative to post due to worry of necroing... Regardless, keep up the work! heres hoping we get something soon.

Ryuuenzan, It's fine don't worry. I have been kind of busy with irl stuff but the game is already past the point of the original. I wanted to add a few more things by Halloween but I couldn't. I will be bugtesting it when I have the time but an update should come in the next few days.

Good to hear about progress. I've been very cynical lately about these kinds of projects..so I'm definitely going to enjoy the update.

Monopolus, I know where you're coming from, I was very excited last time this game was gonna get revived and crushed when I learned of what happened to the developer. I understand that it wasn't their fault, but the disappointment was inescapable anyways. Me and the people helping me are putting together something that I hope will at the very least match the style of the original, and (although I know it's very unlikely) please everyone wanting to see more of this world and story.

I'm stuck, I freed the prisoner, let her go, got the next quest the following day, left town, and can't leave the outskirts, can't take the path down, or to the right. I'm stuck fighting orc girls at random. Help please!
