as many know resident evil outbreak has one of the best animations vore with hunnter gamma and I have seen videos on youtube with the game modified like these

Modifications of the number of npc's or changing the enemies by hunnters gamma for file 2 would be very useful since the hunnter gamma only comes out in a scenario

Now that the post is accepted I am going to explain more what I want to do, I have the ps2 emulator pcxs2 and achieved by cheat codes some things but I would like to be able to change the enemies, my goal is for 3 or 4 hunters to attack the team at the see and catch one by one

You would probably be better served looking for a modding community for the specific game in question. What you're asking for is incredibly niche information and it's unlikely someone in this community will happen to have it. Also, you should prepare yourself to be disappointed. If there even is a modding community for the game, most games of that era tended to only support what they absolutely had to. So it's probable that the hunter gamma AI will not function entirely correctly outside of the scenarios or situations present in the actual game.

yeah, it has been a headache many times among npc's that do not move or disappear and the bad thing is that the RE OB mods forums have been inactive for years or at least the ones I found and the useful information is many times in Japanese
