Uhhhh there's a gender customizer you can use in Unbridled Hedonism that allows you to pretty easily make there trans men/trans women/nb people, that's what I have mine set to

Edit: It dawned on me that because The Sims 4 (and wickedwhims) have infrastructure for trans people/nb people that means that the sims 4 vore mod also inherently has that support
