I was wondering if anyone is interested in a cyberpunk vore mod or if it would even be possible. If there are any talented models out there who are thinking of picking this project up, I’d be happy to contribute to a go fund me and support you as much as I can.

Wasn't this exact same thread (now seemingly deleted) made about two weeks ago? Short of synopsis of that thread(from memory), engine not really suited for it and so far noone has tried something like it with the REDengine

As is always the case when someone asks if X game is going to get a Vore Mod the Answere is no.

Unless you'd be willing to pay someone for the creation of the mod and until we get cyberpunk 2077 modding support then it's out of the question I'm pretty sure. Usually these question/request threads boil down to "do it yourself or pay someone to do it"

I gotta ask, is this communities version of "google it."
I guess a more constructive post would been around examples on mods that already exist.

Considering the sheer amount of bug fixing and polish mod makers freely create for bethesda games, seems like CDPR is fucking up even more by not showing they have any plan to release modding tools for their buggy game. We likely won't ever see any big gameplay altering mods like we see on the creation engine unless they do.

well bethesda are so inept they need mods to make their games playable half the time... CDPR only have one major game success with Witcher and that didn't need major community bug fixes just to work so it's understandable they still think it's better the game is just what they want it to be and not free to customize as the community see fit.
While I agree it would be a good idea to make any big RPG style game customizable, we can't blame CDPR for not learning from the mistakes of Bethesta... Bethesta doesn't even learn from the mistakes of Bethesta...
I do hope they realize it, but they are going to need to learn it on their own.

Polishing game development tools and shipping them as a modding tool is a decent amount of work for any studio. When you have a game like 2077 that is delayed for a year, has massive crunch, then launches as a train wreck, there will have been no time to get those tools put together. Typically, when you have an in house engine, and the project is behind, everything starts to get disorganized. I wouldn't be surprised if half of their internal tools are not working.

CDPR only have one major game success

CDPR have launched 3 Witcher games, Throne Breaker, and Gwent.

Eh, I could do it... but I'd rather design a game for vore from the ground up! I was the person that was gonna make the mod tho...<3

Because the people who ask these things are usually not technical in any way, and like what happens to artists we get request after request after request.. as if anyone's ever going to do said request ever for whatever reason.

If someone likes something, they'll make it. If it doesn't exist, you're wasting your time asking and everyone else's who clicked on that thread. Aside from a few rare ones who would look into making mods for money, there's also the unquenchable thirst of the person hiring them that would make it never end.

It's probably why the other thread was removed pretty quick too.

Wouldn't it have to be very basic? As--if you've seen videos of Cyberpunk in 3rd person (it had to be modded). The player characters model becomes quite Janky (like... a noodle)

Yong-Yea's Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1j7lPfsMdc
(Not affiliated with Yong-Yea, nor do I know him. Just--this game needs so many patches it would come out looking like a mummy apparently)

That'd be less constructive, because it would make them think there is hope there will be one. There is not. There never is.
