Not a bug. Pepper said to "Start with capital letter", not entire name in capital letters. Names are by exact match, and if it fails you're given to a random person.

Weirdly every time i do it, i get bunny in the first part, but after getting eaten bunny turns into bayonetta

Its only me unlucky fella, or trying to use shrink ray on rival (Mine was Ankha), never results postivie outcome, only neutral (Being eaten normaly), or it reflecting back (Eaten as tiny), tried to use regular method, never got success, (Wasted 150+ tries and save-scams, still nothing, with power 51 and seduce 43), its a bug, or i am just really unlucky?

Your power isn't high enough. Ankha is one the strongest characters in the game. You'll need max power to force vore her.

Several times, I've spent half an hour grinding up my character. Building up the stats, creating relationships. Just to end up unexpectedly dying and unavoidable, too. It's becoming tedious and a tad bit frustrating not being able to prevent my game over.
