Wish you could rub more pred's bellies other than Jasmine. Also being able to feed npcs to the preds would make it so much easier to get certain scenarios, been trying to get Sigrid to eat an npc for hours with no luck.

Yeah, my guy. Peep the versions on our respective posts.
Among other things, one of the new additions (Patreon only version right now) is the ability to rub the belly of any pred, not just Jasmine.

Here is the "voracious patch" v3.22 for a0.57.0 and a0.58.0 a0.58.1 (1):

The following changes apply to a0.57.0 (cumulating with changes from v3.21 for it):

• Fixed six occurrences of duplicated from labels for calls, which caused incorrect return paths and incoherent code flow or bugs.
• Fixed occurrences of relationship stats with Sigrid not being properly incremented during vore scenes, instead incrementing the stat for Jasmine (copy-paste bug from me... ooops!).
• For all vore scenes with all predators, removed the current outfit factor for relationship stats changes (obviously, the predator does not care any more about your clothing, when any).

The following changes apply to a0.58.0. They also reintroduce the features/fixes/changes specific to the Voracious patch:

• Reintroduced my modified intro code so that, when starting a new game, you are prompted for the player character's genitals type and chest type (breasted or not) as well as for the character's Attributes before the intro starts at the hospital, to prevent really silly questions from Elaine in the latter scene (obviously, the hospital already knows all about the player character's physical characteristics).
• Reintroduced the configurable user interface setting for the 24 hours clock and international date format in preferences. When enabled, this also causes all time tables and dialogues to use the 24 hours clock.
• Reintroduced the alternate stats window layout setting in preferences.
• Reintroduced the configurable vore settings (anal vore, unbirth, NPC preys, clothed/naked vore) in preferences.
• Reintroduced the fixes for the bad tests in the code, relatively to the configured NPC prey setup (npcprey_setup != "Exclusive" -> npcprey_setup == "Full"), which could otherwise cause you to share the belly of a predator with a NPC while you don't want this to happen.
• Reintroduced the "Butthole Gourmet" achievement, and all the corresponding consequences and dialogues it enables in the game once fulfilled.
• Reintroduced proper begging dialogues (instead of barely polite requests to be let out). I.e. "please" -> "pretty please", or "I beg you", etc...
• Reintroduced the fun actions of the predators when begging to be released while far past the fatality threshold.
• Reintroduced personalized dialogues for some predators (better matching their respective personality), when they refuse to let the player character out.
• Reintroduced a confirmation dialogue when your are in good terms with Elaine and asking her to be digested while inside her belly (while she's not drunk); this matches her natural reluctantness to eat the player character when they ask her.
• Reintroduced many of the predators' fun emotes replacing/improving most of the (too repetitive) bland burps/moans.
• Reintroduced player character reactions (moan, groan, whimper, wiggle, squirm, etc) and corresponding lust changes to predator random emotes and refusal to free them.
• Reintroduced the possibility for Bessie to propose the unbirth job to the player character when unbirth is disabled.
• Reintroduced "anonymous" predator comments in reaction to the player character's masturbation, while the predator is unaware they ate them.
• Reintroduced the randomization of the vore scene type with Euthalia on the Secluded beach, when "Digestion unbirth" is enabled.
• Reintroduced the "gluttonous vore" scene opportunity when chatting with Euthalia on the secluded beach.
• Reintroduced the disabling of relationship decay over time when configured for "Uncapped" relationships.
• Reintroduced the "Leave home" and "Go to parking" entries to the "Action" menu for all rooms of Elaine's, Jasmine's and Sigrid's homes.
• Reintroduced the painkillers support: when the player character is under a painkiller effect, dialogues are changed to remove any mention of pain (that's for the painless digestion fans among you ).
• Reintroduced the "Painkiller tablets" to the medicines available from the supermarket. Consuming a tablet while inside a belly (or just before being vored) enables the painkiller effect, which lasts for 180 minutes.
• Reintroduced the Belly Slut collar" device (it looks like a pet/slave collar): this devices acts a bit like the "automatic tablets dispenser", but in a way more realistic way: it got tanks for antipeptic and analgesic fluids, an electronic controller with LCD display and (easy to access) control buttons, a cell button battery, etc (it even comes with a user manual ). It might be available (for a hefty amount of money), sometimes (initial availability is randomized once per day), from Doris (Pawn shop), among "unique items", but it may also be offered at some point and as a gift by Jasmine to her super-belly-slut. The collar needs replenishment (antipeptic and analgesic fluids and button cell battery are made available from the Supermarket), but can be operated even from inside a tight belly or intestines (it is always possible to reach for its buttons), from the "Action" menu.
• Reintroduced the post alcoholic coma wake up scene with Dr Grossman when the pc wakes up at the hospital.
• Reintroduced the alcoholic coma algorithm revision, to make it more logical (for example when drinking at home or at a pred's home, loose consciousness and wake up at the same place) and more fun (more risks to be vored by Beatrice when loosing a drinking game, or by Jasmine when the pc is her belly slut, for example).
• Reintroduced the cloning feature (set at game start and when loading an old game), so that you can opt for getting the player character replaced with a clone when they die (the clones do not know they are clones), instead of getting a "game over" end. The way it works is explained when the game asks for enabling this option or not.
• Reintroduced the opportunities for Jasmine's super belly-slut to get vored by her in "Agency" setup (i.e. to get a "No Agency" gluttonous vore scene).
• Reintroduced a couple minor changes to the Inventory window.
• Reintroduced the fix for unbalanced chances (0% chances at 6, 100% at 18) for a pc with low player luck stats in several places in the code.
• Reintroduced the "Metal detector" item the pc can buy from the Supermarket to search for precious items on beaches, in parks and gardens.
• Reintroduced the Stock trading algorithms and the stock window improvements, and the fix for investing skill progress loophole (Sriseru told me Flurby was working on a full revamp of the trading system and that he therefore elected not to pick up these changes).
• Reintroduced one missing clothing stripping step for the anal-vore scene during Jasmine's face-sitting event (bugfix).
• Reintroduced the addition of Jasmine's missing reaction when kissing her folds in the "drinking with Jasmine" event.
• Reintroduced fixes to automatic clothing/unclothing actions when showering.
• For all vore scenes with all predators, removed the current outfit factor for relationship stats changes (obviously, the predator does not care any more about your clothing, when any). EDIT: no more needed for a0.58.1.
• Changed the Stats window to beautify it. Renamed "Intellectual skills" to "Competencies" and moved the new "Belly Rubbing" stat under them (belly-rubbing skill is how competent you are at massaging and is not strictly speaking a physical skill like endurance or strength are).
• Added the belly-rubbing skill to the skills that are restored to the last saved state (brain snapshot taken during last general anesthesia at the Hospital) when a clone is activated.

Below are the patched files. Simply unpack into the installed game directory (2) the scripts provided in the zip package below:

You will also need to add the Belly Slut collar images inside game/images/ (this is stored on an external site, because the forum won't allow such a large attachment).

For advanced users, there is also a 'diff' file, in case they want to try and patch a different version of the game (or to patch a modded game touching the same files as the voracious patch). You may apply this patch following the same method as described for v1.30:

For an easier installation experience, I have compiled everything needed for the EndoReformMod to work with a0.49.1 of the game.

All you need to do is first successfully add/install the Voracious Patch to a0.49.1. Then, you extract the zip file in this reply and then copy and paste the "game" folder into the same folder where the "game" folder for It's a Gluttonous Life is located and allow it to overwrite the necessary files. If you are on a later or earlier version of the game, I cannot guarantee that this mod will function correctly or at all. You will also need to start a new game. The mod won't work on a pre-existing save as you need to have selected Endo at the beginning of the game. The following changes apply when said option is able (and only when Endo is enabled):

1) When in a stomach, womb, or intestines, using Massage, Squirm, and/or Kick will restore Health and Hunger/Satiety.

2) Dialogue "events" that can be triggered randomly when using Kick, Squirm, and/or Massage when Endo is enabled have different text that displays to better suit endo vore (e.g., omitted mentions of melting).

3) Gives you the option to reform upon digestion. This unfortunately has not been thoroughly tested.

If you experience any oddities that don't happen with just the Voracious patch installed, please let me know.

It's just getting eaten and released/escaping a lot. Never counted, but I swear it's double digits. Slave vs slut just depends on your relationship with her I think.
