Oh, we will be making a new thread for sure. We're just showing off previews of models in the game so you can see what's being worked on. Whence the full game is finished, we're going all in on a new thread.
Speaking of, here are some variations of the replacement model for the receptionist AKA Yuka:

Slowly but surely the old models are getting replaced with new ones. There are five more which need to be replaced before work on the brand new characters can commence. Hope this tides you over until we have more to show off.

It all depends on how quickly everything can be created and added to the game. The full screen images are apparently going to take about a month to make, so we're thinking somewhere around April or May. I know that seems a long ways off, but if things work the way they're supposed to all will be worth it. Anyway, here are model variations for one of the teachers now renamed Asuka:

People, I have a big surprise for you all. I am now able to make a two for one special character model variation post. The first is of one of the teachers now named Fukushima:

The second is one of the characters you first see when the story begins named Maiko:

With that, all of the old regular models for the preexisting characters have been replaced. Which means model variations for the new characters I created can officially begin. If you played the original demo you might have an idea of what's going on with Fukushima. As for what's happening with Maiko, you'll have to wait and see. You meeting her is pretty much where the old script ends and the new script begins. Hope you're looking forward to what comes next.

Alright, another image for a new character. This one is named Uchima. Her name comes from a Japanese term. Have fun guessing which.

Images for a character named Reiko. One of a handful of characters who you never see in a "neutral" pose in-game. Two today, to show off something interesting:

Apparently the belly attachment being used can match the skin tone of a character whatever it may be. Which is good, since Reiko is one of the few characters not implicitly fully Japanese.

Alright, it's the first of the month so I guess it's a good time for a monthly update:

I'm making an okay pace on getting images out, averaging about 1 or 2 character's portrait sets done per day (between my full-time job and living with family, I've got about 2 hours an evening to myself for pornographic production. Weekends are a bit more productive assuming my family doesn't reserve my time for something on their schedule). There's 14 side characters remaining that need their portrait images, so I estimate 1-2 weeks before everyone has their portrait images.
However, this does not cover the full-screen images. All the images wariodude has shared so far have been portrait images: single shots of characters meant to move around the screen like a puppet theater. Full-screen images are like pages of a comicbook, where there's multiple characters and rendered backgrounds (which the characters will be "interacting" with unlike the puppet theater analogy where the background is just a background). There will be a mix of both portrait images and full-screen images in the Visual Novel, but I believe the full-screen images will take significantly longer than the portrait images simply because of the setup time for the backgrounds and the characters. I don't have an exact count of how many full-screen images I'll need as my notes are a bit messy, but eyeballing it it might be about 200-300 images. I can't give an estimate at this time how long those will take until I get started and figure out my pace.

Once all the noted images are made, we'll move to the final stage of adding in the small details such as audio, transitions, etc.

If you have any questions about our progress, let us know and we'll try to answer. We don't have any planned release date or month as there's too much work in the way to see an estimate, but we're chipping away at that work. Thank you all for your patience.

I mean, I know it's kind of obvious that your character can get eaten by a lot of NPC's in this game, but I feel like showing all of these models are spoiling it, in a way. I don't know, it's just my opinion. I'm still super eager for this to come out, but now I've been trying to avoid reading the newer comments here because I'm trying to play it as blind as possible.

Anyway, things are going alright. Good news is most of the models now don't have too many variants. So instead of one a week it might be one or two in a day depending on how many variants are needed. Also, the spoiler tag appears to have worked when I viewed it in a preview. So those who would rather not get an idea of what's coming, that was done just for you.
