Is there like a specific Halloween event? 'caus I see the file 'Halloween' in the files, but when I set the date to October, nothing changes

At some point, would the protagonist be able to vore all not really important npcs? I.e. those who aren't store keepers, no longer give quests, or other stuff coming down the line? Played it last and thought the protagonist might be short on prey options to an extent, but it seems there is much potential for this game. I at first thought this was a vore version of Toon town, glad it was as it's advertise .
