It's the ways this can interact with the other daughters and their assorted potential plotlines that has me more interested in a PC-family-predating adopted Billy over a bully Billy doing the same.
Maybe it starts with eating Lana and Leena without it being part of all three (Lana, Leena, Billy) being eaten by the PC, with Hannah annoyed she wasn't involved/that someone other than her or her spouse was involved.
Maybe it starts in a scene that required Billy, Lana, and Leena all to have survived, where the twins interest in vore and history with Billy leads them to taking the plunge in her, since the PC didn't do it - or maybe they only do if they survived a dip in the PC, justifying it as getting a point of comparison that can end less than safely.
Maybe Samantha sees the PC encouraging Billy eating family members, and switches her scientific efforts to trying to get more of her siblings digested in Billy, rather than the PC.
Maybe a surviving Risu who's fed up not getting digested by the PC makes a point of performatively feeding herself to Billy, hoping to make the PC step up and eat her first, but it can end with Billy getting her for real.
Maybe Molly's jealous that the PC's giving so much attention and care to someone outside the family/that isn't her, and an altercation ends with one of them in the other's stomach - or perhaps with the PC showing up to try and stop the quarrel only for the girls to force him to pick a side.
Maybe Sarah preaching about how immoral it is to get vored can appeal to Billy and the fear of her mother she's dealing with, but her vorish habits lead her astray with the other members of the congregation before turning on Sarah as well.
Maybe Billy's around when a surviving Melanie and/or Maron expresses their interest in cum's rejuvenating effects on the skin, and either sucks whoever ends up in the PC's balls out to digest them, eats the one that didn't get picked, or even ends up temporarily growing a dick to give them her own less than safe cumbath.
...I'm just scratching the surface, but there's a lot of ways for a former vore bully adopted into a pred family.
EDIT: I just spotted a new scene being mentioned on the walkthrough document, and I... don't know how to trigger it. It's the 'Fan Girls' and 'Fang' listings for the Risu jog-and-meal event - how do you get them?
I'll keep these scene suggestions in mind, some may take some creative writing to fit the characters involved though. As for the Risa jogging scene, the fan girls and Fang both have to have been encountered previously in order for them to show up in the jogging scene. Fang only first appears if you've avoided inviting Monika to your house, and the fan girls only appear if Leena and Lana have been eaten before day 3.
