It doesn’t change pronouns or anything but you can pretend. The ones I ended up using were only slightly off from the regular sprites in size, so it was barely noticeable.
For the record, I initially tried to just make some female sprites myself (I have Kisekae with the Vore.swf) but for the life of me I just couldn’t figure out how to export the sprites out. So that is also possible if you’re not like me and can actually figure that out.
Unfortunately I didn't build Vore Days Second Semester with female MC in mind due to the original game by Zikik being a male MC. I just followed along with that route.
Should be pretty easy to replace the sprites. The size is 1080pixels height, so as long as they fit in that size, you should be good.
And as for exporting with Kisekae, it looks daunting, but you just need to go to the black tab with the little viewing glass on it. Then you can adjust the frame and everything you need. Then there should be a button on the far left that should let you save the image to your image folder. I know it's not the best explanation, but you can PM me and I can try to help more
Yeah, since it was based off the original, it doesn't really make much immediate sense to put in a female option. That being said though, since the original had no sprites for the player, it was always pretty easy to ignore certain lines of dialogue and pretend you where whoever. Like I said earlier, it is pretty easy to just put in sprites from another game though, given how many vore games utilize Kisekae (it has really been a great boon). An official female sprite set was more what I was talking about--actual in game options past that would actually take coding, which since it was not in the scope of the original, is a bit much to ask for. Of course, since you made it easy to change/edit sprites, it was pretty simple to do that sort of thing of my own volition, which made it a non-issue anyways so thank you very much for that.
I figured it would be something to do with either the import/export or magnifying glass portions, but I wasn't entirely sure as it can be a bit confusing. I definitely wish Kisekae had tool-tips of some kind to help with that sort of thing. Either way, I was able to figure out how to make a sort of green/blue/white screen to isolate characters off of, and then make it into a png with the methods you provided. There is probably a way to just get the sprite through a normal process, but I'm pretty content with that for now. I appreciate the offer to help me out via PMs, and if I go further, I might take you up on the offer.

That's totally fair, I personally was a fan of your F/F and F/M, so when Vore Days first came out I decided to give it a try despite the M/F, and ended up being glad I made that choice. Sure I was probably imagining a different protagonist, but you've definitely done something right if a F/ guy like me is still sticking around for all the Spin Off games and DLC. Whale of a job on the original title, and I'm looking forward for the eventual official sequel!
