I see that kiokatsu has a lot of mod ability and it wouldn't be too hard to make a vore mod anyone down?

I'm not sure about Koikatsu, but in the Honey Select 1 circle of modding (similar type of game/program from the same dev studio) I know of this belly mod pack here on pixiv that I've been using for a few vorish scenes. Unfortunately the largest belly is just shy of being able to realistically hold a person inside, but I can scale it upwards a little bit using HSPE (available on Joan6694's website). I'm also in the process of preparing and requesting a commission from someone who knows Blender in order to get decent quality and decently sized vore bellies, so I'm crossing my fingers that all of that pans out in the end because that would improve the quality of my work by a huge margin.

It shouldn't be too hard, the AI in koikatsu already has a routine, activities, there's already toilet animations, there's definitively great potential.

Ill keep an eye on this just in case... most games/vN's like this tend to fall off, and it is something ive always been interested in. heres hoping this pans through.

well think about it, all that has to be done is the right code for the pregnancy mod which has some crazy sliders you can play with among buttons that can be modded in with custum responses as well. and there cant be that bad as its anyone can make their own characters.

The Read-Me should have almost all the info you need, but the elevator pitch is that there's three vore bellies in this mod pack, named "Static", "Small", and "Big" (you can find all three of them in the clothing 'Tops' menu of the character creator by searching the keyword "Vore"). The static belly is only a single size, but it's the simplest to use with the fewest issues. The small and big bellies are meant to be used in StudioNEO, and they have Blend Shape sliders (HSPE required from Joan's website, Google it) that can be used to scale the bellies up and down. These blendshape stomachs required some strings to be pulled in order to work, so there are a few issues that I've documented and have written basic work-arounds in the Read-Me. I'll eventually create a full tutorial on how to use these stomachs in its own post on my gallery, but in the meantime if you do download this and run into issues, PM me and I'll see what's up. Know that clothing clipping is to be expected, and I have linked a mod in the Read-Me that can mitigate that issue slightly.

There's no change to the AI functionality for the actual 'Game' portion of Honey Select, this is an asset-only mod. I used these in my recent 2022 Vore day collaboration project viewable here: https://aryion.com/g4/view/810225 if you want a quick preview.

I can already think of interesting mod ideas for Koikatsu. Like for instance adding in animal bodies so you can have a lamia, a centaur, a harpy, etc. Maybe even have it so part of the girl is one colour and another part of her is a different one. That would work my own nefarious purposes. Now I just need to find someone who does nothing but make Doom WADs and also has Koikatsu.

From what I can remember, non-human characters have already been attempted in several Illusion games, with there having been made a lot of versions of the girls from "Living with Monster Girl"... However, they aren't exactly.... good quality, and mostly consisds of awkwardly placed costumes/clothes that look downright silly if you actually try to have those characters around. From what I understood about those, trying to change the rigging of characters that have pretty much been hardcoded for humanoid bipedalism is nigh to impossible, which is why they've resorted to costumes instead.

My point was even if she's bipedal there might be a way to signify she is not exactly human. The game idea I have called Hothumon is based around it. Also, decided since Doom is now Open GL and can be total conversion'd as it were combining the two together would make a very interesting game. Even using different kinds of vore as a game mechanic. Yes, I do have said ideas in a pdf. No, I don't expect anyone to do what I suggested. Maybe someday...
