I love the new update very much and the third one, available on Patreon, seems to be even cooler!

I also tried beating the game as it was intended. The combat is actually very good, I actually feel dumb being such a scaredy cat the first time, when I tried to escape predators by cheesing them. I love the new fluffy dragon's model and the option to piss any character off to make them eat you is fantastic (I wished the bird could swallow me since the first playthrough, I am just a bit of a bird simp ^^), not to mention it promises so many vore scenes in future updates!

Now that these functions have been introduced, I was tempted to use zoom function more. And actually, I think the game looks gorgeous this way. When you are closer to your character and you can see other characters better too, the game seems even nicer. So, maybe there should be an option to toggle between the current default mode, which is better for fighting off predators, escaping them and such, and exploration mode, which would let you turn around the camera with your character any way you like, see further ahead (while everything behind you stays a secret) and look for items (such as that predzyme pills bottle).

I just got this idea when I saw the Fluffy Dragon in the distance making her way back to her station! (First Attachment) Also, the park looks and feels fantastic this way, I kind of enjoy just running through it this way. If the camera turned, it would be perfect. (Second Attachment) Currently it only lets you look at the main character closely and I have to admit: he looks much cuter then we can see by default. (Third Attachment)

Once again, great work, I hope you have much fun working on this project and I shall stay tuned for next updates both here and on itch.io! ^^

First off thank you <3 I'm glad people are enjoying the game so far.

Part of the reason we decided to go with a bit of a limited view is because.. as you can imagine, we already have a huge scope with this game and didn't want to risk having it balloon even more out of control. The static camera angle means we don't have to worry about how things look from every angle and better guide players towards places that are populated with content of the game. For example. Since many of the homes look the same, with a free moving camera looking at a house from the back means you might miss the open garage that actually has someone inside you can talk to. It also lets us not have to populate the backgrounds with as much stuff, letting us hide that outside of the playable area it's not a full town or city out there keeping up immersion a bit.

So while this view looks good.

Maybe as an unlockable having a freecam or 3rd person (over the shoulder) style cam could be fun as a reward for players that complete all scenes as a way for them to explore and possibly break the game easier x3

I agree that I'd love proper camera control, but I can understand the issues it would cause you as the developer.

As for the view, I don't really have an issue with empty space, ESPECIALLY in a bare-bones unfinished version like this one, but what about fog? 'Could you like, obscure the void with a nearly impenetrable layer of fog that's a few meters past the edges of the playable area? It'd hide the area and can be removed as you add more places and things. And that screenshot into the void wouldn't look quite so unfinished. I'm not a game developer, but I've seen videos of people working on games, and render distance/fog is a thing, yes?

Or, perhaps, a dome around the entire 'world' that has a wall of green that fades into the colors of the sky so it looks like the ground goes off into the distance, but really doesn't?

Just thoughts here. Not pressure, as I'm enjoying the game fine as is, even if I run out of things to do relatively quick in the current iteration.

Yeah, one of the next steps is going to be to add more things to do. Make more quests, minigames or just dialogue in general. If it becomes a requested enough feature I don't mind spending the time to make the world look good from a more freely controllable camera but our focus has been to try and get the 'owo' stuff in first as well as try to make a good first impression then polish stuff up.

This game is already amazing. The Camera, Artstyle, Tone. One little Nitpick and i hope this will get updated in the future: The actual vore part. Its to quick, to simple. The thing that should be most sensational and enjoyable it kinda the part that is a little bit to short. I really hope for a longer, better vore.

Willing: Mawplays, Licks, Nibbles, Half-Swallows, a long swallow, feet first, head first, feet high in the air disappearing into the throat, a nibble at the paws before the final swallow and of course a nice long stretched out travel into the belly.

Unwilling: Fights, struggles, tucks, bites, grabs, chomps, chews (ungory/unbloody of course, not a brtual tone), flailing of arms and legs.

Just a few wishes for the far future, i know you just got started :D

It is kind of easy to get lost with the current level of camera zoom, even with a decent amount of landmarks. I found it easiest to see what my options were by running to the south end of the map, zooming all the way in, and then running forwards. The camera moves just high enough to see the entire length of the worldspace.

Either way it'd be nice to have a mini map or some kind of world map you can pull up to see where you are.

How do I interact with... anyone? I mean, there's the dialogue with the lunch break lady, and the two aggressive ones on either side... Everyone else I've seen just doesn't interact at all with what I know so far about the game.

Thank you very much for sharing the details of your work with the game, I love such development logs! ^^

Basically, I understand the idea of «trying and getting the "owo" stuff in first» and only then, at the late stages of development, implementing such features as these «modes of view/perspective», especially if you do not want them to mess with the basic game mechanics and tricks you have been successfully using so far. If this game's intent is to focus more on running from aggressive predators than exploring the locations, looking for quest items and interacting with chill characters (the only cases where «exploration mode» would be good), then, of course, the default mode and the only angle of camera is more than enough — it is the only correct option, obviously.

It is just an idea of a mode for a player to relax and take a stroll, enjoying the visuals in locations they have already scouted (or locations with no aggressive NPCs at all, or horror sections which would require suspense exploring a location with player not seeing anything behind them if you come up with such idea later, for example), looking for secrets (if you plan to add any) and see interactions with NPCs from a closer perspective (them standing and looking at Main Character with their beautiful models, them nomming the Main Character…), nothing more than this silly suggestion for much later stages of development. So I beg of you to not take this suggestion seriously: it is just my way of expressing faith in your project and faith in it going far, much farther than these early, yet sure, determined and ambitious steps. ^^

True, currently the only actual dialogues you can have are these with the Fluffy dragon or a Cow.

If you wish to get nommed by a Bird or by Jex, you should first get the «Push» power-up from Fluffy dragon's store to the North (it unlocks after you have fed her), and then try being mean to them: just come up to them and start pushing them as if they owe you money. Eventually, they will grab you and stuff into their stomach (in cases with Fluffy Dragon and Bird) or balls (in case with Jex).

Two questions:
-How do I get the store to open? (She was still in the park after the fact)

-Where is the cow?

Here are the guidelines as of .02/.03

Spoiler: show
0 = Player
1 = Fluffy Dragon (Can be interacted to get eaten and obtain the key to the gas station)
2 = Gas Station (Locked and can't be entered, unless if you get eaten by the Fluffy Dragon. "Push" Power up is available in that area.)
3 = Cow Girl (Can be interacted. "Double Jump" Power up is only available after collecting the pills located in the map. The power up is located in the trampoline.)
4 = Pills required for the Cow Girl quest. The one in the Gas Station[2] is a box you'll need to break, and the one in the top right of the map isn't a box.
5 = Dog Area ("Struggle" Power up is always available. Just beware of dog. Advised to use Double Jump and Shove in this occasion.)
6 = Blue Dragoness (Predator that chases after the player if near.)
7 = NPC's that can't be interacted but can be aggro'd by using the "Push" power up to aggro them and eats the player. The top right NPC can only be aggro'd in the patreon version (.03)

Good stuff! I haven't seen any vore games quite like this, the 3d style and feel is a nice change of pace!

I'll be back to mess with it more later. So far I can't figure out how to struggle but I did somehow enable slow motion while caught, and it looks pretty good zoomed in ha

Struggling is a power up. You need to have at least push to get jt, as you need to get past a dog. With push, you can use some orange boxes to stun him so you can grab the power up and run. Alternatively, though harder since you have to get past the chase with just push, you can get and use double jump to jump over the building directly on it.

Hi all~ Just wanted to poke and give a bit of a poke, the free version is getting what I'd call a much needed update that makes the gameplay so much smoother. Also with this version (v03) there is a sorta hidden feature, if on the title screen you click the can of gender fluid you can.. well. I'm assuming you can guess, heh. Also the DX11 version is posted here more as a "in case you need it" thing as it has a broken scene but don't worry, all future releases (v04 onward) will be exclusively dx11 giving the most compatibility.

This update would have come out sooner, but the day before I was planning on doing a release, a power outage caused the main sceneManager.cs to get corrupted, and the only available online backup was from a week prior. Needless to say, I learned my lesson, and set the backup scheduler to be more frequent. If you notice any bugs or glitches, that's the result of having to do a 20-hour nonstop re-code of the entire scene manager script.
