Where do I find the content with this Albee?

It's not Albee herself but one of the satyr girls that works under her. She's in Regium, the same district you can find harper in in a big house near the top of the area. She'll send you on a sidequest to find ingredients for a potion and when you return you fight her. If you lose she eats the whole party

If you're talking about the Clasp leader who you get the Bourbon quest from (I think his name is Dolus) then you can't. As of both the most recent public and Patreon releases, there's currently no way to turn in the quest yet.

I just keep getting the same scene of Kat drinking the milk and walking away scott free while it says that I should watch out for future encounters between them. Is there something I'm missing? Is it because Kat doesn't hate me, or because she's overweight?

Have you completed the Bourbon mission? The second half of the scene can't trigger unless you have.

also how do i do the baranor quest only two things ive missed

The Baranor quest is done in Orleaux. Check around the area where a certain fight takes place.
I'd be more specific but that update is still Patreon only and not Public release, and I don't really wanna spoil things for others.

I don't believe it can. I've rested plenty of times and never seen it happen more than once.

Speaking of which, a dedicated disposal or even an aftermath with unique dialogue would be nice with that scene. I understand pushing ahead with new scenes is the preferred approach, though. It's just really hot you get a few unique dialogues of her stewing away, but it just kinda ends

There's a link to one posted a couple pages back, but it hasn't been updated to the current version. Also that hasn't been implemented yet anyway.
