Synopsis:

Humans have always lived in the shadow of the Monstrae, dwelling in little hamlets and villages far from their ravenous gazes. You of course grew up in one such village called Gothspell, a quaint collection of cobblestone cabins nestled deep in the misty bluewood forests of the West, far from the bustling cities of the monstrae and with only the most amiable varieties like harmless woodland slimes, gentle-natured slugs, and skittish foxes mingling with the village. Nonetheless, people did go missing on occasion, but it would almost always be the sort who would be better off never returning, or those who likely gave consent to whatever fate awaited them. You on the other hand have always been curious about the outside world, having been both terrified and fascinated of what lies beyond the shallow cobbled walls that encircle Gothspell for as long as you can remember. Now you have been granted the title of “Seelie” and given the job of delivering all sorts of things between the distant human villages; it’s a treacherous job most are loathe to find themselves tasked with, as it brings many into direct contact with the monstrae.

Gameplay:
Explore the world and encounter monstrae! Regardless of whether you win or lose you will collect materials that you can use to craft spirits and better defend yourself the next time you find yourself on the receiving end of a monstrae’s desires.

Developer's Notes:
Hello! This is my first time posting to the site so hopefully I don't mess something up.

Full discloser this is not the most up-to-date version of the game but it is the most up-to-date version that is free to play. As a result there are a handful of bugs that have been fixed in v0.1.1 that are still present in this one.
Here is a list of the Known Bugs:
Spoiler: show
    Minor textual errors with the Gloom Naga (missing spaces)
    Hidden Items erroneously available during battle
    The Bluewood Spirit will accept levels even when she is maxed out
    The second part of Predecessor’s Trail can be missed if you complete Cerulean Scourge first
    You can erroneously enter the Crypt again before the first Timber Siren encounter
    various issues with Middle Spirits
    Text overlapping in certain menus
    Spirit Crafting erroneously only checks that you have one of any required item rather than the intended amount

Additionally, I am making the game in a somewhat older version of RPG Maker, so while Mac and Linux ports are available, you will likely need 3rd party software to run them.

Most scenes can be skipped if some happen to not suit your tastes.

Currently, this project is just a demo version, there is still much more to come!

I've been playing Journal Monstrae from the beginning, it was a project that from the beginning rocked, and has so much potential, and even right now in it's early days of dev, just a few months old is better than most of the RPGMaker Vore games ever put out.

Got another bug for your list: dispelling a spirit while out of combat doesn't actually remove it from your party... but it does let you summon a fourth spirit into your party.

Alas, this trick only works to add one extra spirit and not an infinite number of them.

That’s…odd, it uses the same programming regardless of whether you’re in or out of combat idk why it’s doing that. Theres a chance I might’ve fixed it in the more recent version though but I’d have to double check.

I’ll admit that there’s a lot of content that I wouldn’t be interested in — I’m damnably picky — but I really dig the game’s art style. Gotta give kudos for something that looks distinctive instead of like a carbon copy of other games.
 Of all the things I’ve lost in life, I miss my mind the least. (I’m having a lot more fun without it!)

This game has promise, I like how literally everything is pretty original. Cant tell that this is a rpg maker game other than the controls. Honestly for a very early alpha its not bad. Only real issue in my opinion is that you have pictures but no pictures showing the sex scenes. Whats the use of all the pictures if your not going to show pics of the sex scenes? That will be solved with time so take that with a grain of salt.

Yeahh I’ll try to work on that. I’m not that great at those sorts of poses and angles so I’ve been trying to lean more on my writing to make that aspect of the game enjoyable.

I actually loved this! The art style is really unique compared to other games in the RPGmaker genre, and it's clear you've put a lot of thought into creating an interesting system for creating allies. Definitely looking forward to that getting fleshed out further <3

I'm obligated to ask due to my brain worms, do you plan on including more size-difference content as time goes on? I loved the scenes with the elves and would love to see more big monster or shrinky shenanigans!

Not sure how much more shrinking content I’ll add, probably some but idk where tbh. There will definitely be more size difference as time goes on though, I love that kinda thing.
You also might like some of the size comparisons in the Journal if you haven’t looked in there yet :) a couple of the monstrae are a lot bigger than I was properly able to convey with my writing although you can usually tell with their vore scenes

You know what would make more size difference scenes? If you had to beat the Nymphs to reclaim your levels, and if you lose to them again, they absorb more from you.

Hmm I don’t have any plans to add more content to the generic Blazeleaf Nymphs but I might pocket that idea for the Blazeleaf Matriarch when I get around to adding more content for her
I’d rather avoid making the player have to fight to get their levels back in an early game area like this

That's kind of why I don't rely on MEGA for vore/giantess related projects, because there are people out there that goes out of the way to falsely copyright claim anything that they don't like.
Drive and Itch.io is your best bet to submit your projects.

For Drive, if there's too many people are downloading the game, then you can't download for a set period of time.
I don't think I had any issues with itch.io yet.
