I just beat the game with all the keys and it said I got the Bad Ending. When I talked to Sans he said I needed to go back to the boat to do that quest line but I already had collected every key on this save file before the update. I went ahead and just beat the champion because it seemed like I failed the good ending without knowing it. Do I have to rebeat the game and do the side questline again to get the good ending?

I'm in the same boat. Got all the keys and yet still the bad ending. I don't understand what to do about that or if I missed something.

At this point, we all got the Bad ending despite having all the keys and defeating Indoqua; it's possible there's a bug with the mission.
Because I explored the new areas and the existing ones, and there's nothing else related to the keys or anything else you can obtain besides The flower key, strange amulet and the Ray Stone
I don't think we were missing anything else for the good ending other than the keys

Getting all three keys is only part of it. You need to make sure you also talk to Sans in the lighthouse otherwise you can't get anything after that. The route has many changes if you do this.

Hey ya'll I got some rough news about re-adding the scenes to the game. I'm going to be ceasing work on doing that. My morale, and will, to work on this project have dropped to zero. I had a choice to make between working on my own pokemon vore game with scenes, and this one, and it felt like this project was for nothing. I had to convince Ray to let me mod the game in the first place, I wasn't technically a part of the team (pretty much a volunteer working with the other volunteers I was guiding), my feedback from him on me and my team's work was dry, and now my love for this game has diminished over time with mod-hostile actions such as locking down the game files. Tldr I lost my spark for this game. Which is a damn shame because it had a lot of potential. I myself apologize to all of you who were waiting on me to do re-implement the scenes, but I cannot continue working on this project anymore.

Are you locked out of the quest at a certain point or is this a bug? because I made it to faraway town but I haven’t beaten the eighth gym yet and sans isn’t at the light house but I got the keys and beat the psychic in the distorted forest.

The gardevoirite i know is in Blue Oak forest in the top right corner, right of where the oversized girl blocking the path was
Audinite is in Arcadia Bay near the trucks at the bottom of the town

Are you sure? Why are only Ghostly Woods and The Bog, They are the most similar to Spooky Forest And I checked both again and they're the same.
Or is the new path after Emma's new mission? Because it seems to be bugged or something, in my case

Dialga has a small side quest starting at the statue in the main lodge of Tundra Base, though I forget what you need to do first in order to access it.

To obtain Raikou, you first need to get Suicune by interacting with a guy in the SpringDale downtown Pokemon Center and going to the Distorted Forest, then get Entei from a cave in the route leading to Arcadia Bay, then head to the Battle Frontier east of Faraway Town.

Already started that quest thanks and im pretty sure interacting with the mural about a Tyrant Time Lord in the Ark was probably an important step, thanks!
