possible issues.
- the mods i downloaded could be the issue, because in the setup guide i see you using mods that have slightly different names and versions, for example the lazman mod, i downloaded it from the coldsteel j deviantart page wich i thought would be logical since we use his sliders to make fallout vore coldsteelj work and i cant find any links anywhere on your vore 3.5 page that show me towards the correct version so i am wondering if it matters.
- i was wondering if i needed the actual weightgain mod from coldsteel wich is the one that is 9,95 mb big, because it says in the setup guide that you do need it to be in your load order but with the plugin turned off, together with the bodyslide outfit files wich is 3.96 GB big, but on the aryion vore 3.5 installation and setup page for coldsteelj setup it says: "if you installed the full weight gain mod instead" that made me question are both needed or is the weight gain mod optional? Also is there a combined mod with both weightgain and bodyslide outfit files since you called it full weight gain mod.
- when i use the ingame sliders on an outfit they dont change at all wich is weird since i built the outfit with meshes and body morphs, but no matter what i do the outfit and body stays the same. I checked the mods and their plugins where enabled and they where in the same priority list arangment as you showed it in the setup guide, so i dont think it could be a priority issue.
- when i use the chemistry station or the outfit menu mod, both of the 2pac clothes and lazman clothes dont show up, but sometimes i spawn in with the altered vault 111 bodysuit from either one of the mods suitmodel, wich i still dont know what causes that.
Findings so far
- when i use the waster armor with all pieces built in bodyslide and both boxes ticked, i can see the changes on the clothing when you enable thicc vore, but the whole body stays thin while the clothes get larger, i dont know why that happens.
- when i use a profile with only the bare bone mods needed acording to the setup paige, i can make the naked body work with coldsteelj and it shows acurratly what happens ingame.
I dont know if it i possible but could you link the exact same mods you need to make everything in this mod work.
Sorry in advance if there is something obvious i have missed while trying to setup the mod, And thanks for taking the time to read this and i hope with some help we can find a solution.

Okay, lets see.
You only need the coldsteel outfits. The full mod is not required. There is a mediafire link to the coldsteel weightgain outfits. Search for this on the coldsteel deviantart page: "Download and install my archive with "Bodyslide outfits files" which contain all outfits adaptations needed to make visual changes on character", then use the mediafire link.
You only need those files. Size about 4 GB.
Coldsteels mod was an all inclusive thing before, now its split up into outfits and the base mod. Probably since there are a lot of outfits available.
Lazman i got from here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20628?tab=filesNo idea if that version is better or worse, but it works for me.
What do you mean with the "ingame sliders" to change your body? If its thicc vore, it needs to be the correct body type and it needs to be activated. After that you can use the (debug) max thicc or max thicc buttons to test out how the body/outfit actually looks when morphed. If you mean something different, please expound.
If you want to craft the 2Pac/Lazman armor, use the Armorsmith version. They normally replace the default outfits like the "Road Leathers" or "Atheletic Outfit", so if you built them in Bodyslide, you should have almost no vanilla, but only 2pac/lazman outfits. Other users report that the vanilla outfit conversion also works. This was from the Fallout Vore 3.0 thread. So if 2pac/lazman don't work, try that.
No idea what happens with your waster armor. The fallout vore mod only uses its assets and dresses Bria with it. That's about all the interaction.
If your naked body is working, but the outfits are not, its probably an order issue in bodyslide. Make sure that the last thing you build are the 2pac/lazman outfits with the SSBBW tag.
I hope I answered all your questions? If something is till unclear, let me know.
Edit: Just saw yours. Good job finding out, an actually broken outfit studio would not have been on my first analysis list.
