[Cross posting this, I want make sure that those who enjoy this sort of thing can find it]
Thanks, OP, for your inspiration to me.
After many, MANY hours of googling, (It's taken roughly 12 total hours of research to locate this thing over 3 days) I finally found a full uploaded copy of a famous modern art work, a video by the artist Mona Hatoum, called "Corps Etranger" or "Foreign Body". I first saw this video at the Boston Institute of Contemporary Art and couldn't really justify it to my family at the time to sit and watch , or bootleg the whole thing
Luckily there's no need for that as it's all here. Note: This is best enjoyed by those who love natural, hairy women.
The video at the link consists of 3 loops of a roughly 11:30 video (11:30 - 35:00 are just 2 repeats). The journey is amazing, the best part being that there is a wonderful heartbeat sound and fantastically slow, soothing breathing through the whole thing. Ms. Hatoum takes you on the following itinerary with an endoscope, all in extremely erotic close-up:
[1] Start off in the forest of her hair
[2] Explore her eyes, nose, and nostrils
[3] Touch her lips, go down her throat, explore her stomach
[4] Return and slide down her chin, then slowly ascend her breast and bounce on her nipple (it's amazing how HUGE it looks with an endoscope!)
[5] Crawl across her belly and rest in her navel
[6] Explore the jungle of her pubic hair, discovering the vagina
[7] Push inside and explore her extremely wet and soft vagina, while she squeezes and squirms around the camera
[8] Come back out, slide down between her pale buttocks, discover her anus
[9] Push inside here and explore deep in her bowels, with lots of internal throbbing, quivering, and splashing around in pools of slime
[10] Very sloooowly pull out of her bottom to conclude the journey with a wonderful finish.
Overall one of the best endoscopy videos I've ever seen. Enjoy

"In conversation, Hatoum balked at the suggestion that Corps Étranger could be seen as a kind of extreme pornography, in which the camera literally penetrates the female body, saying: “There is nothing seductive about seeing green slime flowing inside the intestinal tubes, so it is in parts quite disgusting and frightening."
