Maybe it's just me, but the more cartoonishly portrayed a person's insodes are, the less likely I am to enjoy it as endo. I tried watching that Skiff and AJ thing just now (setting aside the pro-life propaganda) and I thought it started off promising, but lost its appeal as soon as it became clear the animators were willing to take all kinds of anatomical liberties in the name of being "funny". It's the same reason I find Tiny Timmy mediocre as endo (besides the simplistic art style).
