It's a genuine endo episode, it was posted here quite a while ago in Italian on some streaming site. I don't really go for posting zooms and stuff like that.

As for whether it's worth it, I mean... it's a little janky/cheap looking, but otherwise has it's good moments. Mostly it's in the dialogue and overall premise, the execution could be better.

So there's a virus causing people to have an endless appetite and the female lead (an alien special agent) contracts the virus, so she shrinks the male lead and their robot in a tiny ship. She places them in a burrito and eats them. The internals are all basically the same, so there's no real organs or anything to make out other than them mentioning being in her intestines, which is where the virus is. She guides them on their mission and there's some good interactions between them, including them crashing about her insides causing her pain and her breaking wind with them in her intestines, which they do comment on. They shoot the virus and that's it, you don't see them leave (but it's implied they exit through the ear). They do talk briefly about the experience afterward.

Also the episode does start with her inside of him, hunting and destroying the virus before she's extracted from his ear. She goes on to devour a huge pile of burgers (and burps for good measure), which leads to them discovering she has the virus. So fair warning there is a bit of a M/F situation at the start, but it's very brief and the focus is really on them going inside of her.

Mega.nz itself isn't sketchy at all, it's just a service used for sharing files online. It just comes down to whether the uploader is trustworthy. I downloaded the video without problem, and I definitely think the video is worth the endo content despite the quality. But yeah, you probably shouldn't worry about downloading from Mega if it's someone here who uploaded it, but if you're really paranoid about clicking on and downloading from unknown links, I'd recommend setting up a virtual machine for browsing that kind of content. That would ensure that if you do get malware from any of it, your actual computer and data would be safe, and you could just kill the VM and make a fresh one.
