Cells at Work discussion thread (includes sequels)
So recently there was an anime set inside the human body with workers representing red-blood cells and white blood cells. I love the endo-ness of the show, so I decided to make this thread for the episodes.

Good idea, I'm all about that kind of stuff and was very excited by talk of this show. Is there any way we can access the show, payment-free?
Here there and everywhere

Only one thing though? Why was the human body represented as a factory in episode 1?

This is basically the human body but turned into an anime. So the body is a giant city with lots of factories why the cells are people.

It would be hilarious if in the final episode, we zoom out and it turns out all of the cell's actions were taking place within a newborn boy/girl (the main host), born to a random human couple. Cue much "Awww" from the endo audience!

Cell at work has three spin offs mangas:
Hataraku Saikin ("Bacteria at Work)
All about bacteria in a girl's intestines
Hatarakanai Saibou( Cells that don't work) about blood cells that are childish.
Cell at work Black that takes place inside a unhealthy man's body.

I would like to see a spin-off anime about "Cell at Work Black" It would be the darker emphasis and direct contrast of "Cells at Work" which focuses on a healthy body. The best part is due to the adaptability of "Cells at Work" setting, you could literally set the fanfics in any body (animal, human or anthro!)

Would be harder to happened due to it being a seinen with sexual content and gore being part of it.

A spin off about Cells At Work would really make my day. My favourite character so far is Basophil.
"The gate of chaos opens as the seabeast drowns in the tide of suffering," said Basophil as he watches a stomach parasite drown in stomach-acids, "What a wonderful sight."

Re: Cells at Work discussion thread (includes sequels)
I just don't like how they don't show who the body is. I prefer knowing WHO the body is in these works. I liked Ozzy and Drix when I was 15 because Hector was kinda hot. Because of Elite Beat Agents, I want the body to belong to a black guy, even though I don't like when works personify the body and instead prefer the real deal.
There's some whores in this house.
