Well, I tested your game and I think I can give you my feedback, if you want it.

1. I did go with the gentle dom, just because I'm not into humilliating or that kind of kink, but it's nice to have the choice.
2. Yes - 'Cuz when I want to read a kinky story (or game or whatever) I want to get to the kinky part sooner than later. Some people add too much contex and that, in my opinion, would be better for other kind of stories. Your story stays in the focus from the beggining to the end.
Another thing I'been founding in a lot of interactive stories, is a wall of text between clicks that feels heavy. I think the way you did it with short texts between clicks is really nice.
3- Sorta, but if I'm being honest, not really. The free version has only like 3 important choices, while the patreon has 5 (or that is what I can see with the free version!). I know adding more choices means more writting, and that means more work, but there was a lot of opportunities to add extra choices, like the way you feed the food (slow or fast), differents ways to interac with the pup (like rub the belly, play with it, punch it, trying to force a belch, chug water or something else, hugs or kisses, etc)
And, if you permit me, the player-prey choice being avaible only for patreon was... unexpected (Hey, but I'm not complaining).
4- Well, what else can I say? it was a short but very enjoyable interactive and if you do more, I would like to try it too.
