Looking for spirited away themed belly stuffing picture

So ages I found an awesome painted picture of a spirited away esque scene, the main feature was a girl with a large pregnant looking belly eating something, she was surrounded by food and behind her were chefs and servers that were all scrambling to gwt more food to her. The building they were was mostly wooden beams and whatnot. Unfortunately i have no idea where i first saw it,if anyone has an inkilimg of knowledge about this picture, sources or anything, i would greatly apreciate it if you could share it!

I think the best solution is simply to google it, have you tried to do it? You just need to write the key words in a search line and afterwards to choose “search pictures”. Simple as it is, but it should work:)
There are more complicated methods as well, you can search for relevant to the picture articles at https://au.edubirdie.com/do-my-homework-for-money and maybe a picture would be there as well:)
