Long story short, I am looking for seems in movies, cartoons, games, ext that depict safe vore with shots inside the stomach.

Do non-humanoids count? "Eaten by whale" references seem to be pretty common.

Famously, there's Pinocchio and Geppetto being eaten by a whale that you can find in the Disney adaptation.
